Khelo India Youth Games 2025: Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the seventh edition of the Khelo India Youth Games on Sunday (May 4, 2025), via videoconferencing and officially announced the launch of the event in Patna, Bihar.
The Games, held from May 4 to May 15 across five cities—Patna, Rajgir, Gaya, Bhagalpur, and Begusarai—feature over 6,000 athletes from 36 states and Union Territories competing in 27 competitive sports and one demonstration sport, with e-sports introduced for the first time.
Addressing to the athletes, coaches, and staff in presence, Mr. Modi stated that players from all over the nation had come together to display extraordinary talent and dedication.
